Production Planner na CCG Marketing Solutions

We’re looking for a Production Planner who’s organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-moving environment where every detail counts. You’ll keep our decoration teams on track and our clients informed—making sure everything runs smoothly from plan to production.

The Role

As a Production Planner, you’re the connection point between Client Experience (CX) and the production floor.
 You’ll build and manage daily production schedules, track job progress, communicate with internal teams and clients, and help ensure every order hits its SLA.

What You’ll Do

Plan the Work

• Build and maintain daily and weekly production schedules for inkjet, pad print, and laser departments.
• Balance capacity, labor, and materials to keep workflows efficient.
• Use data from WMS and digital dashboards to make informed scheduling decisions.
• Sequence jobs for maximum throughput and minimal downtime.

Connect with Clients & Teams

• Serve as a primary liaison between Client Experience (CX) and production teams—providing updates, timelines, and problem-solving support.
• Proactively communicate any risks or changes to CX before they impact delivery.
• Collaborate with Production Operations Managers and warehouse teams to ensure all materials are staged and ready.
• Participate in daily planning huddles to review performance and re-align priorities.

Analyze & Improve

• Identify recurring scheduling challenges and propose process improvements.
• Use data insights to increase accuracy, reduce delays, and streamline production planning.
• Contribute to building a smarter, more connected production environment.

Who You Are

• 1-3 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or coordination, preferably in a print, manufacturing, or fulfillment environment.
• Tech-savvy—you’re comfortable with WMS, SAP, Power BI, and Excel, and you like using data to make decisions.
• Strong communicator who’s confident interacting with clients and internal teams alike.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
