Sr Specialist - Customer Support Operations - Compliance na Learning and Inclusion

• Ensures implementation of Company safety, health and environmental programs for employees whose work is directed and ensures that safe work practices are followed.
• Coordinate with the Law department on a regular basis for consistent interpretation of PSC, BPU orders, filings, petitions, and joint agreements across the Customer Service organization.
• Identify, manage, and track adherence to PSC and BPU regulatory matters. Perform other related task and assignments as required.
• Attends and participates in regulatory meetings when applicable.
• Create and maintain an inventory of applicable PSC, BPU regulatory matters for effective external reporting. Design and conduct monitoring and partner with QA team to enhance existing processes.
• Coordinate with all Customer Service departments to ensure the timely, accurate and well-documented submittal of data and information to the PSC and BPU.
• Develops and maintain reports regarding the PSC and BPU regulatory matters for the Office of Vice President.
• Provides input to regulatory matters under development. Recommends and coordinates comments from departmental Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Participate in the Companys emergency preparedness processes and storm plans.
• Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.

• Bachelor's Degree and 3 years Experience working in the utility or energy industry. or
• Associate's Degree and 5 years Experience working in the utility or energy industry. or
• High School Diploma/GED and 6 years Experience working in the utility or energy industry.

• Prior operations compliance, QA, regulatory administration, or investigative experience, required.
• Must have familiarity dealing with all levels of management, union personnel, regulators, and customers, required.
• Must have excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to, required.
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, required.
• Must have excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, required.
• Strong decision-making, analytical and a strong team player, required.
• Must be well organized, detailed oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines simultaneously, required.
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to schedules and meet deadlines, required.

• Driver's License Required

• The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed.
• Must be willing to travel throughout the USA to attend industry and regulatory meetings.
