CNA/PCA/HHA Job Duties:

• Provide client care according to personalized Plan of Care

• Assist clients with personal care, meals, feeding, and hygiene

• Provide transportation as required

• Provide a safe environment for yourself and client through safe practices

• Ability to utilize electronic documentation and record keeping requirements

CNA/PCA/HHA Job Requirements:

• CNA License or Completion of a HHA or PCA Program

• Minimum of 1 year personal care experience

• CPR completion

• Negative TB skin test or chest X-ray

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable car / auto insurance

• Complete a background check and have no criminal record

• Drug screening; must pass
