Summary

E-INFOSOL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced network and server infrastructure. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep technical expertise and leadership capabilities, ready to support mission-critical systems in a secure environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate changes to network hardware, server environments, operating systems, and attached devices.
• Design, develop, and implement infrastructure upgrades, including configuration, installation, and testing of hardware/software.
• Provide direct operational support, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot complex issues at both physical and logical levels.
• Lead planning, technical reviews, and implementation of new infrastructure for voice and data communication networks.
• Perform systems management and integration functions, ensuring interoperability across all components and applications.
• Maintain network infrastructure standards, including communication protocols such as TCP/IP.
• Exhibit proficiency in virtualization technologies and network administration.
• Ensure systems are patched and compliant with certification and accreditation requirements.
• Compose SOPs and quick reference guides for users.
• Provide technical consultation, training, and support to designated IT staff.
• Advise on technology purchases related to processing, data storage, access, and application development.
• Set standards for client/server relational database structures and develop strategies to support organizational infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance 
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in systems engineering or related field. Equivalent certifications or demonstrable past work may substitute for years of experience.
• Expertise: Proven ability to lead major technology assignments and function as a technical expert across multiple projects.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of virtualization, network protocols, systems integration, and client/server architecture.
• Communication: Excellent documentation and training skills.
