The primary purpose of this position is to collaborate with the Director for Strategic Evaluation Systems and Support to ensure comprehensive implementation of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) process. and support the district planning, research, development, design, and monitoring of assigned strategic evaluation systems in building sustainable systems that align with district initiatives. The TIA specialist will collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to interpret and manage data, utilizing growth measures to analyze teacher effectiveness and student progress. The specialist works cooperatively with district personnel so that a consistently high standard is implemented and maintained with district assessments and student growth measures. Supports the Director for Strategic Evaluation Systems and collaborates with the Office of Assessment and Accountability in supporting campus and district goals and initiatives.
