Who WE are looking for:
Reports to the IT Infrastructure Manager and is responsible for installing and maintaining IT internal infrastructure. Additional responsibilities include managing and remediating risk to internal systems and networks, resolving critical system issues, and mentoring the operations team members on infrastructure maintenance and support.

What is expected of YOU:
Ensure technology is accessible and equipped with current systems and applications
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating systems
Be familiar with the internal systems and infrastructure for American Place Casino
Be familiar with firewall and network configuration and maintenance
Act as a tier 2 escalation resource for the IT Systems Administrators
Perform system analysis functions, working with user departments in determining functional specifications, infrastructure, hardware, and application needs
Design, develop, create, and test modifications to infrastructure systems, configuration, and applications based on user requirements and property needs
Train and mentor department team members on infrastructure and applications management
Maintain a current and accurate inventory of property IT assets
Monitor and maintain technology to ensure controlled and logged access using the accepted and expected IT cybersecurity principles and standards
Investigate, remediate, and document all IT issues
Maintain maintenance calendar and document maintenance in the system of record
Research and make recommendations on all infrastructure needs
Monitor and maintain the security of IT assets, infrastructure, and applications
Configure and maintain IP addresses on all property resources
Remediate and document all cyberattacks and breaches while communicating to the proper internal parties and system of record
Responsible for the configuration and administration of all lockout programs
Identify, prepare, and document all assets for disposal when appropriate;
Ensure all assets are stripped and secured before disposal according to department asset disposal procedures
Excellent internal/external guest service
Maintain and verify backups and logs of all property assets, infrastructure, and applications as required
Inventory control of all assets, infrastructure, and applications
Support and provide all required reports, logs, and other items required by regulatory agencies as needed
All responsibilities of an IT System Administrator to support the property
Ability to install, maintain, and administer IT infrastructure, hardware, and applications
Other duties as assigned to support the mission
Experience YOU will need:
College degree preferred, High School or GED required
Minimum of 5 years of related IT experience
Team-building and mentoring skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to communicate effectivity in verbal and written formats
Change management experience
Time management skills
Computer networks, network administration, and network installation
Endpoint security
Preferred Skills:
Minimum of 3 years in a casino environment
Bilingual a plus
Any CCNA, MCSE, MCSA, AWS, Azure, Sec+, Net+, VM, SAN/NAS, NAC, ITIL, or related certifications are a plus
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work non-standard hours and frequently work outside a formal schedule including varied days off and shifts as needed to maintain and support the business
May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors such as second-hand smoke, bright lights, and excessive noise; frequently work in close tight quarters
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
Other physical demands of this job may include, but are not limited to: stairs, ladders, sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, pulling/pushing, kneeling, squatting, grasping, climbing, lifting, carrying and maneuvering up to 25 lbs

$60,000-$97,500
