About Netradyne
Netradyne’s Cloud Group builds and continuously enhances our SaaS-based Driver•i Platform, which powers advanced AI-driven solutions for fleet safety and performance analytics. As part of this team, Technical Program Managers (TPMs) play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of programs—ranging from new product development and technical debt reduction to customer-driven initiatives.
We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Program Managers who can drive programs end-to-end, collaborate across teams, and deliver impactful outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Lead and drive new product developments, product enhancements, customer deliverables, or internal initiatives.
- Act as the bridge between business requirements and engineering execution to ensure successful delivery of key customer programs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—Engineering, Data Analytics, Product, and Customer Success—to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Understand customer and partner technical requirements, and propose feasible architectural solutions aligned with Netradyne’s product architecture.
- Respond to technical questionnaires and contribute to RFPs for large prospects.
- Develop a deep understanding of Netradyne’s products, architecture, and APIs—becoming the subject matter expert (SME) for published and upcoming functionalities.
- Provide strategic inputs to engineering teams on improvements, scalability, and technical feasibility.
- Proactively identify and remove roadblocks to ensure on-time project delivery.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders across geographies, including internal teams and external partners.
- Monitor project performance and drive corrective actions when needed to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide regular and proactive updates to senior management on program status, progress, and risks.
Essential Skills : -
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to build strong working relationships across functions and locations.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in software development, testing, or deployment of scalable software systems.
- At least 4 years of experience managing and delivering complex software programs (as TPM, Development Manager, or Product Manager).
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, server-side systems, and scalable design principles.
- Working knowledge of APIs, Webhooks, Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and system integrations.
- Familiarity with SDLC, agile methodologies, and program tracking tools.
- Good understanding of product and cloud security fundamentals.
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple geographies.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Qualifications
- B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
