WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Administrative Assistant provides exceptional administrative support to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales and Management Team. As a team-oriented self-starter who thrives on attention to detail, the Administrative Assistant provides a wide range of administrative support services to meet the needs and expectations of our Sales and Management Team. The Administrative Assistant demonstrates a high degree of discretion and confidentiality and can diplomatically handle inquiries from both TSMs and external parties.

 

WHAT YOU BRING

You have a diploma or certificate in Office Administration (or equivalent experience) and 3–5 years of success in a fast-paced, professional environment. You bring strong technical skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook, with intermediate Excel capabilities. Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, is considered an asset. Bilingualism in English and French is also an asset, and you excel in delivering clear written and verbal communication with a strong customer-focused approach.

*This position is based in our Concord, ON Branch, working onsite each day.
