Responsibilities:

Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Verify proper approvals for invoices prior to processing

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Assist with weekly payment runs and check processing

Maintain organized and up-to-date AP files and documentation

Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice or payment inquiries

Support month-end close processes and other accounting projects as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree in accounting or business preferred

1+ years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and 10-key data entry

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
