Team Description
Our IT CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team is integral to delivering a luxury experience to our customers. This individual will join an established team with a focus on enhancing and delivering capabilities for B2B and B2C relationship management. Our mission is to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions to support an end-to-end seamless experience across Marketing, Sales, and Service touchpoints.

Primary Responsibilities
This position requires a strong understanding of quality software delivery, internal and external customer needs, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, secure Azure-based and Microsoft Dynamics solutions. The role involves working closely with technical personnel, business stakeholders, and participating in cross-functional project teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
· Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native applications using Azure services such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, and Azure SQL.
· Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to ensure reliable and repeatable deployments.
· Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
· Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and support.
· Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
· Provide second-level support for Azure-based applications and services, resolving issues escalated from help desk or analyst teams.
· Write and execute unit, integration, and system test plans to validate functionality and performance.
· Create and maintain technical documentation for solutions, processes, and configurations.
· Stay current with Azure platform updates, best practices, and emerging technologies, and provide recommendations for adoption.
· Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to conceptualize solutions from both a technical and business perspective.
· Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success and knowledge sharing.
· Adaptability to changing priorities and openness to feedback.
· Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.

Qualifications: (Required)
· Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field of study
· 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Azure cloud technologies.
· Experience with Azure DevOps, Git and Agile Methodologies
· Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, including Azure SQL
· Must be detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Must be able to work independently and as a part of a development team working on small, medium, large, and enterprise projects
· Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
· Possess strong communication skills
· A thorough understanding of relational database practices
· Familiar and experienced with major enterprise database programs such as SQL Server or cloud data storage
· Familiar with data modeling tools and methodologies, and knowledgeable in database system applications and stored procedures
· A wide degree of creativity and latitude
· Languages such as C#, ASP.Net, PowerShell, Python
· Experience with SOA/web services design and programming
Qualifications (Preferred)
· Microsoft Power Platform experience
· Microsoft Dynamics experience - Sales, Service, and Marketing
