This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and hands-on marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and can seamlessly manage multiple channels while delivering measurable results. You will work closely with product, sales, and executive teams to shape our brand, drive awareness, generate leads, and support business growth globally.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that span product launches, digital campaigns, content marketing events, and partner programs. Align initiatives with company goals and target markets.
  • Craft clear, insights-driven product positioning and messaging for internal and external stakeholders, including website copy, social media, sales collateral, presentations, and customer-facing assets.
  • Create and manage compelling marketing content (videos, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, social media posts) that educate, engage, and convert target audiences. Ensure messaging is aligned across channels.
  • Plan, execute, and manage trade shows, conferences, webinars, and other events, including budgeting, vendor management, and post-event analysis.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social channels. Maintain social media calendars, community engagement, and analytics tracking to optimize performance.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive teams to deliver marketing initiatives that drive business results. Influence without direct authority and build alignment across teams.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, processes, and vendor relationships to maximize ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
  • Measure, track, and report on marketing performance, deriving actionable insights to continuously improve campaigns and strategies.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc marketing projects, process improvements, and new growth opportunities as needed.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a track record managing end-to-end marketing programs, ideally for technology or complex products.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Pardot and Salesforce (or similar tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or comparable CRMs) to execute campaigns, manage leads, and support sales alignment.
  • Experience with website content management systems such as Craft (or alternatives like WordPress, Drupal, or Webflow) to update, publish, and optimize web content.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital marketing, content creation, event management, social media, and partner marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to create persuasive and clear messaging for multiple audiences.
  • Proven project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating across Product, Sales, and Executive teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing metrics to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (CRM, CMS, email marketing, social media management, analytics).
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally to support events, customer meetings, and key initiatives.
EDUCATION
  • Bachelor’s degree, in related field preferred.
