The job in a nutshell
The purpose of the role will be to assist the Buying Support team and their assigned Buyers with their day-to-day tasks. The main responsibilities include providing administrative support to the buying support teams with creating and requesting material codes, raising purchase orders, for offers and EP Campaigns, responding to emails, sales order processing and cancellations. Additionally, the role involves handling delivery issues, resolving insufficient stock situations, and rekeying sales orders. The Buying Support teams serves as the first post-procurement point of contact for all our suppliers.

What will you do
- Manage purchase orders
- Assist with processing of En-Primeur/WLA sales orders on FWT, Hybris, SAP
- Manage cancellation of sales orders directly in SAP
- Assist with uploading bulk Sales Orders to FWT during Campaigns
- Create new material codes based on existing variants or vintages
- Request new material codes if no existing data is available
- Assist with email enquiries within the shared inbox
- Assist with fixing admin errors on POs by re-keying orders
- Assist the team with fixing delivery issues
- Liaising with the finance and commercial teams on all PO/Offer/Invoice related queries
- Progression towards Offer creation on FWT and updating Offer calendar
- Progression towards building relationship with Buyers
