This is an exciting opportunity for a Change Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for guiding teams through complex change. This role involves working closely with project teams and stakeholders to drive effective change activities, ensuring the smooth integration of change initiatives within the organisation. 

We are seeking experienced Change Managers to support a portfolio of strategic projects. These are 12-month maximum term positions, with a possibility of extension based on project needs, performance and portfolio requirements.  

What will you be doing? 

  • Change management– Lead the planning, development, and execution of change initiatives to support program outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies. 

  • Building change capability – Develop and foster a culture of change management across delivery teams, ensuring knowledge sharing and building maturity in change practices. 

  • Strategic planning & delivery – Plan, develop, and deliver comprehensive Change Management Strategies and plans. 

  • Communications strategies – Create, document, and implement effective Communications Strategies and plans to support change initiatives. 

  • Advising on change management – Provide expert advice on change management delivery approaches, tools, and techniques to support the programs or operational initiatives. 

  • Change impact assessments – Conduct assessments to identify areas for training, communication, and other change interventions to facilitate readiness and overcome resistance. 

  • Employee readiness – Assess and address employee readiness for upcoming changes, identifying gaps and developing action plans to close them before strategic initiatives roll out. 

  • Stakeholder engagement – Define and execute a series of activities to foster strong stakeholder engagement by building trust, aligning diverse perspectives and driving commitment to change. 

  • Change management reporting – Deliver change management reports that meet project, portfolio, and executive requirements, tracking progress against success metrics. 

  • Relationship management – Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with key stakeholders and participate in established change communities to align activities across the organisation. 

 
What are we looking for in you? 

  • Tertiary qualifications - in a related discipline or equivalent business experience (desirable). 

  • Change Management certification - PROSCI or CMI (desirable). 

  • Experience in managing change – Proven experience in leading and implementing change within diverse organisations, across a range of business requirements including technology-enabled business change projects. 

  • Strong communication skills – Expertise in developing and delivering multi-channel communications tailored to different audience needs. 

  • Stakeholder management – Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. 

  • Action-oriented – A proactive and value driven approach, taking on new opportunities with urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. 

  • Collaboration – A team player who builds partnerships and works collaboratively to achieve shared objectives. 

  • Situational adaptability – The ability to adapt your approach and demeanour in response to changing demands and situations.

  • Customer focus – Focused on delivering customer-centric solutions, building strong internal and external relationships. 

  • Change management expertise – Deep knowledge of best practice change management principles, methodologies, and tools. 

  • Ambiguity management – Ability to operate effectively in uncertain environments, making decisions and driving initiatives despite ambiguity.
