The role
We are seeking a Marketing Advisor to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives that support both local business needs and our global strategy. As part of our dynamic Business Development & Marketing (BDM) function, you will play a pivotal role in adapting and activating global and regional marketing campaigns for the UK market, ensuring our brand, client and sector strategies have meaningful local impact.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, engaging local marketing activities across a range of channels to strengthen the Linklaters brand and support client and sector objectives.
  • Localise and activate global and regional marketing initiatives for maximum resonance with our UK audiences.
  • Develop and manage sponsorships and partnerships, building new and existing relationships that align with our strategic goals.
  • Analyse local market trends and client insights, leveraging data to tailor messaging and optimise our marketing activities for effectiveness.
  • Adapt and manage local social media and digital content, maintaining the firm’s brand standards while reflecting local trends.
  • Develop insightful reports and presentations, tracking performance and identifying key drivers of marketing success.
  • Monitor digital conversations relevant to the firm, offering recommendations to enhance reputation and audience engagement.
  • Identify and integrate innovative marketing trends to keep our approach competitive.
  • Collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders across the local and global business to execute strategies, share best practices, and access relevant tools and expertise.

Your experience:

  • Proven experience in marketing and event management, ideally within professional services or a corporate environment.
  • Strong track record supporting and executing marketing activities that drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Experience planning and delivering high-quality events, focused on client engagement.
  • Experience in developing and evaluating sponsorships and partnerships, and building strategic relationships.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to use data to refine marketing strategy and measure effectiveness.
  • Experience managing social media and digital content, ensuring alignment with both market trends and brand identity.
  • Proficiency in reporting and presenting marketing results to diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

This role is based at the Linklaters London office with a hybrid working model available.
