Position Summary:  

The Project Scheduler position in the Renewable Energy group based in Phoenix AZ. The Project Scheduler will assist project teams in developing, maintaining and reporting/controls tracking of schedules. Projects range in size from $40M to $240M (12-30 months duration) and are located locally and nationally. The Project Scheduler may also travel for on-site updates/meetings (average twice a month). Seeking applicants with a degree in construction management, engineering, business, supply chain, accounting, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Primavera P6, Excel and other/Linear scheduling software.
  • Coordinate with project staff, trade partners, and other support services as required in development of proposal, Baseline, update, and recovery schedules.
  • Ensure Baseline schedules show appropriate detail, resources and work breakdown structure based on jobsite requirements, contract documents, and planned sequence of work.
  • Update/Maintain the project schedule as required to include the following:
    • Written update analysis/reporting
    • Project controls (Cash flow, Manpower, and Production metrics)
    • Schedule layouts/prints as required.
    • Communication of schedule critical path, variances, and identify risks.
    • Meet with Owner and/or Representatives as required to review project schedule.
    • Analyze schedule impacts and potential claims through use of fragmentary networks and Time Impact Analysis.
  • Participate in Division training seminars, trade shows, and Team events.
  • Lead schedule training classes and facilitate learning of scheduling systems.
  • Ensure accurate as-built schedule, and historic metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business, supply chain, accounting, or related field.
  • Strong Analytical and Communication skills
  • Ability to learn Primavera P6 and Line of balance software.
  • Proficiency in Excel software
  • Interest in working with Teams and building logic networks.
  • General knowledge of construction means and methods.
