Job Summary
Fairgrove is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO. This is more than an administrative role—you will be a trusted partner, helping manage the rhythm of the CEO’s day, client interactions, and strategic initiatives. If you excel at anticipating needs, juggling priorities, and maintaining discretion while ensuring everything runs flawlessly, we want you on our team.
Position Details:
- Full Time Salary Position
- Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 salary
- 10% Bonus annually

Requirements
Essential Job Functions
- Serve as a key partner to the CEO and provide administrative support as needed across daily activities.
- Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange logistics for internal and external engagements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and real-time adjustments.
- Prepare and distribute materials for Leadership Team meetings, including agendas and presentations.
- Support the planning and execution of Leadership Team meetings, committee sessions, and executive dinners.
- Draft, edit, and proofread communications and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems with a focus on confidentiality.
- Manage the CEO’s office operations, including office supplies, workspace organization, and technology support.
- Collaborate on special projects and cross-functional initiatives that impact executive leadership.
- Build strong relationships across the company and with external stakeholders to support seamless communication.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
