Based in Brisbane we are looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and tech-savvy Service Operations Specialist to join our ANZ team on a 2-year Fixed Term Contract. This unique, varied role is perfect for someone with a background in service operations, inventory or project administration, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow their career within a global healthcare organisation.

 

About the role: 

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting service inventory, project administration, and business intelligence functions for our ANZ Service & Projects team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager ANZ your responsibilities will span across inventory coordination, system and data management (including SAP, Power BI, Salesforce, Atlassian), fleet administration, and business improvement projects. This is not just an admin role – it requires strong initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different areas of the business.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and update the Service Inventory roadmap (Jira-based), including van stock audits, returns, and write-offs
  • Coordinate tasks related to service vehicle fleet management, including lease documentation, insurance claims, and updates
  • Support internal projects using SAP, Atlassian, Power BI, Planview and other platforms
  • Assist with pricing and procurement tasks (spare parts, CAPEX tracking, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the Shared Services Centre on quality and compliance-related tasks
  • Perform system and data entry requirements during employee exits
  • Act as backup support for key internal systems and the ANZ Operations Manager
  • Work closely with stakeholders across ANZ, APAC and globally to improve reporting, systems and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality compliance processes

 

 

About you:

We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, organised, and keen to learn. You’ll have a natural ability to juggle multiple tasks, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and solve problems proactively.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience in service operations, project administration, or inventory support
  • Strong systems knowledge – basic Power BI is essential; SAP experience is a bonus
  • Sound organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • A keen interest in learning systems like Planview, Jira, Salesforce and SAP
  • Ability to remain a level-headed approach when dealing with time-sensitive or service-related issues
  • A diploma or higher qualification in Logistics, Project Management, or Business (desirable)

This role would also suit a recent graduate with some internship or part-time experience, looking to grow within a structured and supportive environment.
