 What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of sales experience (HVAC or related industry preferred)
   
• 2+ years of leadership/management experience
   
• Proven record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
   
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
   
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
   
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends as needed

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed goals
   
• Build strong customer relationships and oversee key accounts
   
• Develop strategies to expand our customer base and grow revenue
   
• Support sales reps with training, tools, and mentorship
   
• Ensure accurate proposals and smooth coordination with installation teams
   
• Track sales metrics and provide leadership reports
