Job Summary:
As part of the Supply Chain Management team at MARA, the Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management within our Seabrook third-party warehouse. This role ensures that products are accurately received, stored, tracked, and shipped in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
- Oversee cycle counts, audits, and annual physical inventory.
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor stock levels and generate reports for purchasing and supply chain planning.
- Perform receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Ensure all products are handled and stored according to safety and quality guidelines.
- Coordinate with Logistics, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to meet delivery deadlines.
- Set clear performance metrics and be accountable for achieving operational targets.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, internal safety protocols, and company quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records for financial audits, regulatory inspections, and corporate reporting.
- Use ERP and warehouse management systems (WMS) to maintain accurate, real-time inventory data.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of inventory management or warehouse operations experience.
- CPIM certification is preferred
- Experience in an industrial company or regulated industry is strongly preferred.
- Forklift certification
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
