Imagine being the go-to person who keeps business-critical applications humming like a well-tuned engine. As a Functional Application Manager in the Tooling & Enterprise Architecture team, you are the bridge between tech and business, making sure the tools not only work but work wonders.
You take ownership of all enterprise-wide applications, shape their future through roadmap planning, and ensure they evolve with our business needs. From cross-functional coordination to hands-on configuration, you are the maestro behind the scenes.
Your responsibilities
Business & user focus:
- Collaborate with stakeholder and the team to gather requirements on process, data, and integrations and prioritize enhancements.
- Provide support and troubleshoot issues on a rotating schedule every 4–5 weeks
- Maintain application configurations, data integrity and security standards.
- Customize and optimize workflows, roles, permissions, and user interfaces.
- Lead or contribute to implementation projects with planning, resource coordination and delivery.
Release & change management:
- Manage release cycles including sandbox testing, deployment planning and post-release validation.
- Coordinate testing and ensure new features hit the mark.
Your Experience and skills

You’re hands-on, forward-thinking, and ready to help modernize the application architecture, one platform at a time.
What we’re looking for:
- A solid grasp of enterprise application architecture and configuration best practices.
- Business process fluency in CRM, PSA, HRIS, and Finance.
- Experience with tools like Salesforce, Jira, HiBob, NetSuite, and Workato.
- Familiarity with integration concepts and tools (APIs, middleware).
- Experience with agile tools like Jira or Azure DevOps are a plus
