Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating, and Plumbing is seeking a Plumbing Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about providing honest, top-quality service. What you will do:

• Coordinate drain installations through clear and timely communication with customers and field personnel
• Work with city municipalities to pull permits for plumbing projects as needed
• Review completed plumbing jobs to ensure accuracy on completed invoices, uploaded photos and properly prepared estimates
• Process payroll for the Plumbing Department
• Communicate with customers across multiple channels including phone, text, email, and chat.
• Provide backup support to the dispatch team as needed
• Answer incoming calls and schedule requested appointments for both Plumbing and HVAC
• Work rotating weekend shift approximately every 9 weeks

Who you are:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry.
• Service Titan is a big plus 
• Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
