Try working from another office or even the beaches of Bali and expand your worldview, then bring that experience back to the team.The Opportunity As a Senior Producer (Experiential + Digital) at Thinkingbox, you will play a pivotal role in project managing a range of digital and experiential projects for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring that we deliver exceptional work on time, within scope, and on budget. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll manage client expectations, team resources, and project timelines, all while maintaining Thinkingbox's high standards of creativity and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the production of digital and experiential projects, from concept through execution.

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech, and strategy) to ensure seamless project delivery.

Manage project timelines, resources, budgets, and client communications to meet goals.

Ensure projects are delivered to the highest quality, meeting both client expectations and agency standards.

Problem-solve effectively and proactively, ensuring potential project risks are mitigated early.

Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact during project lifecycles.

Collaborate with the Director of Production on process improvements and team mentorship.

Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities when required.

What You’ll Bring

5+ years of experience in a producer role, preferably within a digital or experiential agency environment.

Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale projects, delivering on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of digital, experiential, and interactive technologies.

Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and feedback.

Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Experience with project management software (e.g., Monday.com) and an understanding of project management methodologies.

Collaborative mindset and strong leadership abilities.

Passion for creative problem-solving and driving innovative solutions.
