Position Overview: 

The Salesforce Systems Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, administration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce and related systems, including Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and Agentforce. This role ensures the CRM functions at peak efficiency, supports end users, and collaborates with vendors and cross-functional teams on enhancements and integrations. The administrator will leverage Salesforce tools and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, improve customer/member experiences, and support strategic business goals. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Salesforce Administration: Configure, maintain, and optimize multiple Salesforce orgs, including FSC, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Custom Objects, Flows, Reports, Dashboards, and user permissions. 

  • FSC & Agentforce Management: Implement and maintain FSC features including client relationship management, householding, opportunity management, and compliance tracking. Configure Agentforce for broker and agent management workflows, lead tracking, and performance reporting. 

  • Data & Reporting: Manage complex data operations, including reporting, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders and members. 

  • Vendor & Project Collaboration: Collaborate with vendors on system upgrades, patches, and improvement projects. Partner with web and app teams on cloud infrastructure (AWS, Pantheon, Vagrant, Docker, WAF) and system integrations. 

  • System Optimization: Recommend and implement best practices to enhance Salesforce adoption and efficiency, including automation, workflows, and custom objects tailored to FSC and Agentforce. 

  • Quality Assurance & Documentation: Test, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues. Maintain comprehensive technical and user-facing documentation. 

  • End-User Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to end users on Salesforce FSC, Agentforce, and related applications, ensuring adoption and adherence to best practices. 

  • Continuous Learning: Stay current on Salesforce releases, FSC/Agentforce features, and industry best practices through vendor engagement and user community participation. 

  • Project Management & DevOps Practices: Apply AGILE methodologies, Jira, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines (Copado, GearSet), and monitoring tools for system updates and enhancements. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce administration experience in a large scale environment 

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), Agentforce, and related Salesforce products. 

  • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred or strong willingness to obtain. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 

  • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. 

  • Customer-service oriented with strong relationship-building skills. 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and work some evenings/weekends as necessary. 

  • Commitment to quality, initiative, and critical thinking. 

  • Proactive and able to drive projects independently. 

  • Quick learner who adapts to changing business and technical requirements. 

  • Team-oriented but capable of independent work. 

  • Interested in leveraging technology to improve insurance operations and client/member experiences.

Pay Details:

The base compensation range for this position is $115,000 - $135,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.
