About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused professional to join our Communication & Culture team. In this position, you will provide support to senior team members on high-impact initiatives related to M&A integration, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our employees as we unify teams.

This is a hands-on role that requires speed, creativity, and precision. You’ll support internal communications around change and integration, support logistics for town halls and other key meetings, and bring communications to life using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and more. You’ll also help create communication templates, newsletters, and digital assets that inform and inspire.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with senior Communication & Culture team members to execute internal communication plans related to M&A and organizational integration.
  • Support virtual town halls, leadership updates, and cultural activation moments.
  • Create compelling, on-brand visual content using Canva, PowerPoint, and other tools to support communications and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain templates, newsletters, and recurring communication formats that ensure consistency and clarity.
  • Track and manage deadlines across multiple projects, moving fast without sacrificing quality.
  • Bring creative, forward-thinking ideas to elevate how we connect and communicate during times of change.
  • Work with care and empathy, always keeping our people experience at the center.

What You Bring

  • 1-3 years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • High proficiency with PowerPoint, Canva, and other creative tools (bonus points for experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Viva Engage, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Management, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Comfort with tech and digital platforms; ability to learn quickly and adapt.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet high standards, even under tight deadlines.
  • Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
  • Experience managing or supporting live events and town halls a plus.
  • A people-first mindset with an understanding of how communication shapes culture and employee experience.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and for making things better along the way.

Location: Hybrid (ideally based in Dallas and able to come into the office)
