We are seeking a skilled and motivated C# Developer with strong experience in the medical/healthcare domain to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining healthcare applications, with a deep understanding of medical data, standards, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, clinical experts, and QA to deliver robust and scalable software solutions that improve patient care and healthcare workflows.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-quality C# applications and services tailored for the healthcare/medical domain.Collaborate with product owners, clinicians, and domain experts to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement and optimize features for electronic health records (EHR), medical imaging systems, health information exchanges (HIE), or other healthcare software solutions.Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, DICOM, ICD-10, CPT coding, etc.Develop APIs and integrations with third-party healthcare systems and devices.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and debugging to ensure software quality and reliability.Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.Stay updated with the latest healthcare technologies and trends to innovate and improve existing systems.Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years of professional experience in C#/.NET development.Proven experience working in the medical/healthcare domain.Strong knowledge of healthcare standards and protocols (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, ICD-10, SNOMED, etc.).Experience with healthcare data formats and interoperability.Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, FDA software guidelines, or equivalent.Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, and ORM technologies.Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Preferred Skills:Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and cloud-native healthcare services.Knowledge of medical device software integration.Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.Exposure to frontend technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor.Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Knowledge of data security, encryption, and compliance in healthcare applications.
