
URGENT: Recruitment Assistant (hiring US-based employees experience is required) na WorkStaff360

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across various roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create accurate job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate, up-to-date records.
- Communicate proactively with candidates to provide a positive experience.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics (time to fill, cost per hire, etc.).
- Stay updated on recruiting trends, best practices, and competitive market data.
Hard Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize deadlines.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 9AM - 6PM US Eastern Standard Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:
- Weeks 1–6: $5 USD/hour
- Weeks 6 onwards: $6 USD/hour
