Summary:

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Marketing Specialist to support execution of our integrated marketing programs. Reporting into the Marketing team, this role will collaborate closely with colleagues across product marketing, creative, and communications to deliver campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline impact. The ideal candidate combines hands-on digital marketing skills with strong project management capabilities and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Digital Advertising & Media Buys
    • Manage paid media campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, Google, trade media, and industry outlets).
    • Optimize ad performance through targeting, creative testing, and budget management.
  • Marketing Automation & Email Campaigns
    • Build and deploy Eloqua email campaigns, nurture streams, and landing pages.
    • Support audience segmentation, personalization, and performance reporting.
  • Social Media
    • Create, schedule, and monitor content across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
    • Collaborate with design and communications teams to align messaging and creative.
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with campaign goals.
    • Use Wrike (or other project management tools) to track deadlines, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Product Marketing on campaign themes, messaging, and content needs.
    • Work with the Graphic Designer on creative assets for digital and social campaigns.
    • Support the MarCom Manager in integrated campaigns, events, and PR initiatives.
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and report on campaign KPIs, including ad performance, email engagement, and social growth.
    • Provide actionable insights to inform optimization and future strategy.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE 
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
    (9) years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
    (3) years of experience may be considered w/ a Masters Degree.
  • Communications (Bachelor's degree) or Journalism (Bachelor's degree) or Marketing (Bachelor's degree) or Public Relations (Bachelor's degree)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by either ITAR or EAR U.S. export laws. As a condition to this job offer, in order to be employed in this position, you must be able to obtain an U.S. Government export license(s), as required by law.
  • Pay Range: $72,874.00 - $91,092.00 annually. Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
