“A Day in the Life”

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who knows their way around Azure and wants to help us keep improving how we build, deploy, and manage applications. You’ll be the person making sure our deployments are automated, secure, and reliable — whether it’s for enterprise apps or our newer stacks like Next.js and Nest.js.

This role is hands-on: you’ll spend time working with CI/CD pipelines, containers, infrastructure as code, and security best practices. We’re a Microsoft-first shop, so Azure is a must-have, but we also work with OCI (big plus) and occasionally AWS (nice-to-have). You’ll be part of a team that values automation, learning, and finding better ways to deliver.

 

“What You’ll Do”

  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
  • Automate infrastructure using Bicep, Terraform, or ARM templates.
  • Deploy and support apps across Azure services (App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Storage, Networking).
  • Work with containers (Docker, Kubernetes/AKS) for scalable app deployments.
  • Manage Salesforce deployments using Gearset or similar tools.
  • Bake in security and compliance at every step of the process.
  • Troubleshoot build/release issues with dev teams and keep things running smoothly.
  • Set up and maintain monitoring/logging (App Insights, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
  • Help with multi-cloud integrations — OCI is a big plus, AWS is optional.
  • Share what you know, document processes, and help the team keep improving.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 

“Must Haves”

  • 2–4 years of experience in DevOps or cloud infrastructure.
  • Strong, practical experience with Azure (non-negotiable).
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and deployment tools like Gearset.
  • Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — Bicep, Terraform, ARM.
  • Comfortable scripting with PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Experience with containers (Docker, AKS/Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Next.js, Nest.js, or other modern JS/TS stacks.
  • Solid understanding of cloud security and DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset

 

“Nice to Haves”

  • Experience with OCI (big plus).
  • Experience with AWS (optional).
  • Knowledge of networking, identity, and access management.
  • Familiarity with microservices or event-driven architectures.
