Job Summary: Provides value to IFC by ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance through the Loan Document preparation and covenant validation processes. Provides loan documentation in a complete and accurate manner based on information provided to protect the bank from potential losses.  Reviews commercial loan portfolio documents including line of credit, modifications, subordinations, document exception reporting and image preparation. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s character qualities.

 

Essential Functions: All expectations described in the job description’s essential functions are necessary to be successful in this role, performed with or without a reasonable accommodation. 

• Communicate to Lender/AA throughout the documentation process. 

• Prepare required loan documents and required correspondence dependent upon transaction type.

• Review loan documentation for quality and accuracy prior to forwarding to Lender/AA.

• Validate critical information and adherence to requirements by reviewing loan documentation including the securitization of note & loan agreement instruments, business entity documentation, and other critical documentation.

• Review accuracy of received supporting financial documentation for Financial Statement Covenant review, updating tracking as required.  

• Support of any tasks for Loan Operations that could include review and maintenance of data/documentation and procedures. 

• Must be able to work with internal software, programs, host systems and hardware to ensure that service level agreements are met.

 

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required; two to three years related job experience or a bachelor’s degree preferred. 

 

Required Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Must have good attention to detail, be organized, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks. Able to prioritize tasks and follow procedures accurately. Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary for collaboration with internal and external customers, including outside vendors or service providers.

Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time may be spent viewing a personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
