• Role: Non-Certified, Medical Lab Technologist
• Schedule: Part Time, Variable Shift
• Location: 272 Hospital Rd, Chillicothe, OH 45601
• Compensation: $23.22 – $31.92/hour
  (That’s ~$48,297–$66,394/year full-time equivalent)

Entry-Level Starts at: $23.22/hr
Experienced Professionals Up to: $31.92/hr

Your Impact

As an non-certified MLT, you’ll support the laboratory team by performing essential testing and processes under supervision. Your work ensures accurate and timely results, contributing directly to safe diagnoses and effective treatment for patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collect, label, and process specimens for testing. 
• Perform routine lab test and assist with specialized procedures under supervision. 
• Operate, clean, and maintain lab equipment; perform basic quality checks. 
• Accurately record results and patient data in the system. 
• Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines. 
• Maintain lab cleanliness, supplies, and support workflow efficiency. 

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological, or Clinical Laboratory Science, or in Medical Technology from a four year college or university; OR qualification under CLIA grandfathering provisions for high-complexity testing personnel. 
• Documentation of training appropriate for the testing performed. This position will perform waived and moderate complexity testing only.
• Clinical experience in a clinical laboratory.
