About the Role
Unica Enterprises LLC (Unica) is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrator to join our team at DFW International Airport. This role is critical in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring compliance, and providing a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will be organized, approachable, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases for 40 employees.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare new hire paperwork and support onboarding and orientation.
- Administer employee benefits, leaves, and attendance records.
- Process HR-related documents such as employment verification letters, disciplinary notices, and policy updates.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, new hires, terminations, etc.).
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Support the Manager and Assistant Manager with day-to-day HR duties and special projects as assigned.
- Facilitate the issuance of SIDA badges and provide support throughout the process.
- Maintain and actively manage the Authorized Signatory account to ensure compliance and proper access control.
- Develop and deliver monthly HR presentations summarizing workforce trends, updates, and initiatives.

Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role; HR experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases. Paylocity experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be able to handle working in a fast-paced environment.
