The Gig

• Assist in the installation and configuration of IIS/Apache/Nginx web servers.
• Support deployment of .NET applications with SSL configuration.
• Monitor and analyze server logs to identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Support Windows/Linux system administration tasks including upgrades and patches.
• Learn and contribute to automation using PowerShell and Shell scripting.
• Gain exposure to AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Route53, CloudFront, VPC, RDS).
• Understand networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL/TLS).
• Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve incidents and implement changes.
• Participate in shift-based support as required.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of AWS services and cloud concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS and system administration.
• Interest in learning automation, scripting, and DevOps tools.
• Strong fundamentals in networking and web technologies.
• Quick learner, proactive, and motivated to take ownership.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
