-Manage payroll processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
-Manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
-Provide guidance and support to employees regarding pay, benefits, and related HR policies.
-Support compensation and benefits-related audits and reporting, including year-end processes and filings
-Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations needs, escalating complex or sensitive cases
· Provide information and data required for various processes such as salary reviews and surveys, annual budget process, turnover reports, exit interview reports
· Assist in managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
· Manage daily, weekly, and monthly data mining across multiple HR data systems
· Assist in the creation of new data reports including but not limited to reports covering exit survey data, recruitment data, and employee engagement data
· Manage all employee relations administrative work including but not limited to ensuring ER database information is complete and accurate, documenting all ER paperwork, and completing ER filing
· Assist the Benefits team with benefit enrollments and leave of absence requests.
· Assists with recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel
· Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars
· Initiate and lead initiatives to enhance host engagement, satisfaction, and recognition
· Assist in review and regularly update the company policy manual.
· Assist in improving communication between leaders and employees
· Build a positive workplace culture based on fairness, respect, and objectivity
· Manage the corrective action process and ensure that leaders are coaching with L.O.V.E.
· Always maintain strict confidentiality and judgement regarding privileged information
· Assist with all HR-sponsored Host events as needed.
· Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
