Who We’re Looking For: Tile Installer 2 – Skilled Setter

We are seeking an experienced Tile Installer 2 – Skilled Setter to execute projects independently while also supporting and mentoring apprentices. This role requires technical expertise, precision, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

• Handle tile installations from preparation through final finish.
• Lay out, cut, and set tile with precision and artistry.
• Perform grouting, caulking, sealing, and finishing work.
• Read and interpret drawings or blueprints.
• Mentor apprentices by providing guidance and support.
• Maintain safety, organization, and professionalism on every job site.

Requirements

  What You Bring

• Previous tile installation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in varied positions.
• Reliable transportation and avalid NH driver’s license.
• OSHA-10 Certification (or willingness to obtain).
