We are looking for a Web and Digital Officer to help shape how we deliver digital services.
You will join a friendly, enthusiastic team responsible for managing and improving the council’s websites and intranet. You will work with service teams to design clear, accessible content that meets user needs and is based on evidence. You’ll also apply your knowledge of information architecture, SEO and UX principles.
You will advise others on content standards and accessibility legislation, with the confidence to support and challenge when needed. You will balance day-to-day requests with larger projects, using strong planning and prioritisation skills.
If you care about making digital services simple and inclusive, we’d love to hear from you.
