Customs Coordinator na Kiongroup

• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of Import & Export Customs Declarations
• Monitor the status of customs entries to ensure smooth clearance
• Provide third party customs brokers with precise clearance instructions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate efficient customs clearance process.
• Classify materials/products in accordance with UK Customs Tariff (HTS).
• Track and report on customs-related KPIs to support performance monitoring.
• Provide customs consultancy support to internal departments as needed.
• Quote and process international freight bookings across multiple transport modes
• Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
• Ensure stakeholder requirements are met while adhering to compliance controls.
• Perform all other duties related to the customs clearance of consignments.
