Fleet Information (Data/BI) Analyst (Temporary Opportunity up to 14 months) (Auburn, NSW, AU, 2144) na None

In this role, you'll:

• Preparing submissions of recurring reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and a quarterly basis for external and internal customers (TfNSW, ED, DED, AD and other managers in FMD).
• Creating new dataflows and dashboards in report analytics tools such as Domo, SAP, Tableau as and when requested by a stakeholder.
• Ensuring automation in the development of reports and analysis in reporting tools.
• Managing dataflows, datasets and dashboards on a regular basis and documentation for mandatory reporting requirements.
• Participating in requirement gathering meetings, UAT and testing data sources for FMD reporting

This is a temporary full time role for up to 14 months and is based at Clyde HUB with hybrid ways of working.

About you

• Experience in reporting & analytics tools such as Domo, SAP, Tableau.
• Understanding the basic principles of Business Intelligence Reporting with high volume of data from different systems.
• Quick learning ability and logical thinking.
• Conduct analysis in order to maximise the safety, reliability and performance of the fleet.
• Provide summary reports of maintenance to make data driven decisions.
• Integrate and verify data from multiple sources to improve quality and automation of reports.
• Ability to conduct detailed investigations on sensitive issues and write reports.
• Demonstrated ability to work within an environment of competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
