This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.
In this role, you will develop, transform, and model data to improve decision making. You are responsible for data extraction and manipulation of data sets resulting in workflows and predictive models for end-users using system tools (dashboards). You will conduct analysis on data to ensure correct predictive forecasting. You will manage the analytics request process by capturing requirements and are responsible for the creation and maintenance of the resulting analytic dashboards.
Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 16 years of relevant experience with the following skillsets:
• Experience integrating diverse data streams
• Establishes data standards and acts as custodian of IT and service delivery data sets and streams
• Experience in analyzing complex networks and systems
• Experience in analyzing log data from various network components and operating systems
• Knowledge of the complex environment involving shared networks and multiple security enclaves
• Systems Engineering with network analystengineering background
• Splunk familiarization and dashboard creation
**Government issued clearance and poly are required**
Desired Qualifications:
• Security Development and Operations (SecDevOps)
• Network security background with ability to analyze log data as well as familiarity of how to generate logs and metrics from product suites, such as Cisco, Juniper, and desktopserver OS
• Expertise with Splunk (Power User Cert preferred)
• Hands on experience with Splunk advanced apps such as ITSI, SOAR, and UBA
• Public, private and hybrid Cloud experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
