JOB PURPOSE
To provide administrative support to the staff and mission of the Institutional Relations Division.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Budget Tracking: Keep the IR budget up to date
- Event Planning: Plan events throughout the year
- Leadership Project: Assist with planning and executing monthly Leadership Project events
- Inventory: Maintain IR inventory
- Directory: Maintain the IR staff directory
- Miscellaneous: Stock the snack room and help with miscellaneous tasks
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
MUST BE CURRENT STUDENT OF MBTS OR SPURGEON COLLEGE, AND
MUST QUALIFY FOR THE FEDERAL WORK STUDY PROGRAM VIA FAFSA
To include, however not limited to:
- Christian with high integrity, currently pursuing a relationship with God
- Exemplify the values of the Institutional Relations division

- Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Suite equivalents

- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to pass a background screening, including driving record
- Eligible to work in the United States
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Shared office environment
- No more than twenty (20) hours per week
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Frequently required to sit or stand for periods of time
- Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require
- Must be able to reach with arms and work with hand above head
- Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Able to drive
