- Act as a liaison between departments for coordination of services.

- Assist with administrative audits, databases, and spreadsheets using appropriate software for quality improvement projects. 
- Managed office supplies and inventory, maintaining cost-efficiency and ensuring timely replenishment. 
- Drafted and proofread internal communications, reports, and presentations for senior management. 
- Answered and directed incoming calls and emails with professionalism and discretion.
