Our restaurants at Carmel offer our members multiple dining venues including indoor casual dining, indoor formal dining, outdoor casual dining and pub dining. This position may work in those kitchens, as well as 1947 Restaurant kitchen.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare, stretch, and hand-craft pizza dough to specification, ensuring consistency in texture, size, and quality.
- Cook pizzas using specialty pizza ovens.
- Assemble pizzas with fresh, high-quality ingredients, balancing creativity with established recipes and member preferences.
- Maintain prep stations with par levels of dough, sauces, cheeses, toppings, and garnishes to support high-volume service.
- Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards in accordance with health codes and club policies.
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining speed, accuracy, and presentation quality.
- Communicate effectively with the team to ensure accurate and timely service.
- Assist in inventory management, rotation of stock, and minimizing food waste.
- Support other kitchen stations when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Minimum of 1-2 years of cooking experience; culinary degree preferred
*Team members are required to work evenings, holidays and weekends on a consistent basis.
