Your role as a Valet Trash Collector Foreman

Recycle NOW is excited to announce an immediate opening for a Part-Time Valet Trash Foreman. In this vital role, you will assist the local supervisor in upholding the highest standards of valet doorstep trash collection within an assigned territory. Your responsibilities will include performing nightly doorstep trash pickups at apartment properties during team members' absences, ensuring uninterrupted service.

Additionally, you will conduct walk-throughs of properties experiencing service issues to uphold quality control and perform courteous check-ins with onsite team members, promoting a culture of service excellence. Best of all, no prior experience is required, as we offer paid training to set you up for success in this rewarding position. To thrive as a Part-Time Valet Trash Foreman at Recycle NOW, several key skills and qualifications are essential. First and foremost, candidates must possess a reliable pickup truck, as this is crucial for performing nightly trash pickups. Flexibility in availability from 7 PM to 12 AM, Sunday through Thursday, is necessary to meet the demands of the role, which typically requires around 20 hours per week. Self-motivation and reliability are paramount, as you will often be working independently to maintain service excellence. The ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required for effective trash collection.

Additionally, having a smartphone is essential, as you will utilize the company app for timekeeping and collection tracking. If you are dedicated to providing top-notch service and enjoy working autonomously, this position is a perfect fit for you!

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Must have a pickup truck - mileage reimbursement!
• Need to have availability from 7PM-12AM
