The Ideal Candidate
- Third-level qualification in HR, Business Studies, or related discipline.
- CIPD membership or equivalent recognised HR qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Officer role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, with a genuine ambition to progress within HR.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee training programmes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases (OpenHR, Crown).
- Prepare HR documentation such as contracts, letters, and forms.
- Ensure compliance with NI employment legislation and company policies.
- Support investigations and disciplinary processes in line with company procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR practices.
- Liaise with payroll to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Update weekly HR metrics and maintain communication boards.
- Arrange annual medicals and support site-wide HR projects as required.
