About the Role
As a Marketing & Partnerships Intern at ARTIDIS, you will support the company’s external presence and help drive collaboration opportunities across the oncology ecosystem. You will contribute to digital content creation, event preparation, and stakeholder engagement efforts to strengthen ARTIDIS’s visibility with clinicians, researchers, patients, and industry partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and schedule content for social media, newsletters, and the ARTIDIS website (scientific milestones, partnerships, conference participation).
- Support creation of infographics, videos, and other accessible formats to explain ARTIDIS technology.
- Track analytics and engagement data, providing insights to refine messaging.
- Research upcoming oncology/diagnostic conferences and compile strategic outreach lists.
- Prepare booth materials, briefing notes, and contact trackers for conferences.
- Maintain and update a CRM of external stakeholders, collaborators, and potential partners.
Qualifications
- Background in communications, marketing, business, or life sciences with strong interest in healthcare.
- Excellent written communication and storytelling skills; ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter) and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, video editing a plus).
- Organized, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- Interest in the intersection of science, technology, and patient impact.
