We’re looking for a State Sales Manager to lead the sales strategy and performance for our Masterplanned Communities portfolio in Victoria. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone ready to unlock growth ambitions, drive innovation in how we sell and serve customers, and shape the future of residential communities in a challenging and evolving market.
As a key member of the Sales Leadership Group, you’ll be responsible for executing core national strategies at a state level, while also uplifting capability, embedding future-fit, digitally enabled practices, and building a competitive advantage. This isn’t just about hitting numbers- it’s about leading transformation, developing talent, and delivering customer excellence through smarter, more agile sales strategies.
What you'll do:
- Lead strategic sales planning and execution across B2B and B2C channels, delivering on revenue, settlement, and customer targets.
- Drive market analysis and product positioning, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and customer-focused.
- Own the sales budget and forecasting, aligning with long-term financial targets and business priorities.
- Champion customer excellence, embedding service standards that elevate the customer experience from enquiry to settlement.
- Manage inventory and product release strategies, optimising pricing and trading terms to maximise performance.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration, partnering with Marketing, Development, and external stakeholders to unlock shared success.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, nurturing talent and building capabilities to be future-fit.
- Act as a customer advocate, sharing insights to enhance our brand, product, and service offerings.
About you

- Proven experience as a senior sales leader in any fast-paced, customer-focused industry- such as automotive, property, building, FMCG, banking, or tech- where strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and performance delivery are key.
- Deep understanding of customer and product dynamics, with a track record of driving performance in complex and variable market conditions.
- Skilled in interpreting and translating data into insights that inform decision-making and strategy.
- Experience in strategic planning and marketing leadership, with a future-focused mindset and digital fluency.
- Real estate licence preferred but not essential
