1. Education: High school diploma; bachelor's degree in HR or related field is a plus.
2. Training and Experience: Ability to type 60 wpm or better. Experience with computer systems. Secretarial and Human Resources experience preferred. Positive public relations skills.
3. Job Knowledge: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of HR software and Microsoft Office applications. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Must have good grammar and composition. Must have ability to work with little or no supervision and be self-motivated.

Physical Effort: A great deal of sitting and walking.
