ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM
As a Lead Functional Analyst, you will lead the functional design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, integrating CRM and Data Cloud capabilities with AI-driven insights to bridge the gap between marketing and technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer engagement, personalize marketing journeys, and enhance data governance and analytics. This role will be responsible for analyzing business needs, optimizing our Salesforce marketing ecosystem to support the implementation of solutions that drive lead generation, qualification & nurturing automation, data analytics and business growth. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CRM and Data Cloud technology stack & systems.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as the liaison between Marketing, IT, and external vendors to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Lead workshops and demos with stakeholders to define use cases and validate solutions.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers and Architects to ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Support the implementation & changes in our existing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and integration with our Salesforce CRM, SITA Website, Customer Portal to support business activities & objectives.
- Evaluate and support implementation for the introduction of new marketing applications.
- Assist with the configuration, testing, and deployment of marketing automation tools.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics to identify lead conversion and support digital growth engine framework expansion & continuous improvements.
- Identify opportunities for using AI to improve lead scoring and engagement across Digital Marketing and CRM touchpoints
- Support data governance, privacy compliance and security.
- Provide support to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to digital campaigns, or lead management.
- Stay updated on digital marketing technology trends and recommend improvements to our existing tool landscape aligned with business goals & strategy.
ABOUT YOUR SKILLS
- At least 8+ years’ experience in a functional/business analyst or digital marketing technology role.
- Formal agile management/scrum project experience.
- Implementation of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, customer centric focus and problem-solving abilities with business stakeholders.
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels (email, web, social).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Data Cloud and CRM.
- Familiarity with using AI for enhanced analytics and engagement in Marketing Lead Management Automation and CRM domain.
- Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Specialist, AI Associate
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Marketing, Business, or related field.
