Cath Lab Techs - 13 Week Contract Positions Located in Pomptain Plains, New Jersey

•  Pay Rate: $60.80/hour  

•  Mon-Fri, 7a-5p or 8a-6p   or  Four 10 hour shifts 7-5 or 8-6 with Mon – Friday On call 10-12 shifts a month 

•  Must reside within 30 min of location for the duration of the contract

•  Responsibilities & Experience: Cardiac Cath, IR , and Peripheral cases

Overview

Nurses and More is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiologic Technician (IV Rad Tech) to join our healthcare team. This role involves hands-on imaging procedures, patient care, and close collaboration with physicians in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Duties
Prepare and prep for cardiac caths, PCI(STEMI ) and other procedures such as peripheral vascular, pacemaker, interventional radiology procedures, etc.
Able to monitor, document and calculate hemodynamic data
Provide procedural assistance to physician, pre, intra and post procedure
Assess and manage access site, and inform physician
Adhere to On call protocol for Cath lab
Prepare patient for procedures

Education
High School Diploma or GED required
 

Requirements

Licensed Radiologic Technologist
RCIS certification preferred
BLS, ACLS & IABP experience required
Cardiac Cath lab experience required
