  • Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate service teams
  • Align service operations with regional business goals.
  • Customer-centric approach by training the team on communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Set measurable KPIs for customer satisfaction (e.g., Net Promoter Score, response time).
  • Improve customer experience and service delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits of service operations to identify bottlenecks.
  • Set quarterly milestones to track progress and adjust the plan as needed.
  • Participate in cross-functional technical workshops.
  • Stay updated on technologies and products to provide technical guidance.

Education: Must hold a Diploma / bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Mechatronics. MBA will add additional value.

Work Experience: 10-12 Years of Experience in Service field, dealer management.

Other Skills- Presentable, Fluent in English & regional language.
