A Day in Your Life at MKS:

We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with strong expertise in React-based web application development and hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud services. The candidate will lead a team of developers, drive technical design decisions, ensure best practices in coding and deployment, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of frontend and backend developers in building React-based enterprise web applications.
• Hands on Experience is must
• Design, architect, and implement solutions on Microsoft Azure, including App Services, Functions, Storage, and Networking.
• Oversee cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management in Azure DevOps.
• Manage database design and optimization using SQL Server and Cosmos DB.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to design patterns.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement best practices for scalability and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7–9 years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a lead/mentorship role.
• Strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Solid understanding of Azure Cloud services (App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, Azure Storage, VNet, Key Vault, etc.).
• Proven expertise in cloud deployment pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong database skills with SQL Server (stored procedures, performance tuning) and Cosmos DB.
• Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of authentication/authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Experience in serverless computing and event-driven architecture.
• Exposure to enterprise application security, compliance, and monitoring.

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
